Join Our Mission

Our Core Initiatives

Leading with Service, Empowerment, and Community Impact.

Civic Engagement

We proudly support local civic initiatives, first responders, veterans, and essential services that strengthen the fabric of Brunswick County. From honoring our hometown heroes to advocating for critical community causes, GFWC-SBI members are committed to making a lasting, positive difference in the lives of those who serve and protect our community.

Education & the Arts

Investing in education and the arts is at the heart of our mission. Each year, we award scholarships to deserving local students, celebrate artistic achievements through district and state arts festivals, and promote cultural programs that inspire creativity, self-expression, and lifelong learning among all generations in our community.

Health &
Wellness

GFWC-SBI works tirelessly to address food insecurity, support community health programs, and champion wellness initiatives across Brunswick County. Our members coordinate food drives, volunteer at local health centers, and organize fundraising events that directly impact families in need — because we believe that a healthy community is a strong community.
